At the Hotel Residence Mahmoud 3 * we rested at the end of July 2014. Next, I'll try to objectively evaluate all its positive and negative sides.
The main advantage of the hotel is the cost. For a week of stay, we paid 975 dollars for two, and that it was not a burning permit. in the family. We had a rest with the child, the hotel really liked it: good-natured staff, daily room cleaning, frequent linen change, , TV With any request go to meet, trying to help. In the room there is a large balcony overlooking the inner territory of the hotel. The courtyard is cozy and clean, early in the morning and in the evenings the birds chirp.
Small in territory, but always clean pool. Very good impression left from visiting the restaurant, welcoming welcome waiters, good menu, large portions, deliciously prepared, always fresh tablecloths on the tables.
The territory of the beach is small, but all the sunbeds and The deck chairs are free of charge, the caretaker keeps the beach clean. A good, cozy hotel where you want to come back again

I was vacationing in Tunisia, staying at the Residence Mahmoud 3 * in the center of Hammamet. Prices for this holiday is not expensive. It corresponds to 3 stars, even I would say all 4. The city itself is beautiful, quiet and clean. The courtyard was very struck by its beauty, decoration. The room was good, the atmosphere of comfort was hovering, everything you need for rest was in it. A huge, soft bed, TV, air conditioning, a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city. Hotel is old, on oditsya near Hammamet center, hotel area is small, but it corresponds to their 3rd star. The room was shabby, but clean. I liked that the territory is well-groomed green: beautiful flowering plants, palm trees. Pleased with the staff (English know). The pool in my opinion is quite small and immediately rests on the fence. To the beach you need to walk 300 meters. The beach is sandy, sunbeds and on the beach and near the pool are free.
