Zurich central railway station prepares to open an updated reference center, designed to receive up to half a million tourists annually.
It is reported that the reconstructed information center will include five racks for consultation of visitors, as well as several self-service machines with touch screens . The general list of functions performed will not differ from similar ones in other cities: travelers will be able to get exhaustive information about excursion routes, hours of work of city attractions and current exhibitions and concerts . It goes without saying that a broad assortment of licensed souvenirs will be available at the info center booths related to Zurich and Switzerland in general . Finally, visitors will be offered a single tourist map, including numerous discounts for museums, public transport and other guests .
