The Central House of Artists, opened in 1979, is one of the most famous exhibition centers in Russia. The CHA is located in the center of Moscow and is surrounded by the Museon Art Park.

The total exposition area of ​​the CHA is about 10 thousand square meters. meters and is divided into 27 exhibition halls. There are about 60 art galleries and organizations in the building, including the State Picture Gallery, which is part of the Tretyakov Gallery

Since 1999, the CHA has been a permanent venue for the non-fiction intellectual book fair, and since 2005 at the exhibition area of ​​the artist's house the projects of such famous sculptors and contemporary artists as Tony Kragg, Erwin Wurm, Pierre Soren and others were exhibited.
