This year, 13 hotels and 1 restaurant were awarded with a prize for the high quality of the services provided. The prize itself - the Hungarian Tourism Quality Prize, awarded since 2005, became a symbol of prestige and achievement of great heights in the profession. Its validity period is 3 years. The winners meet 750 criteria if they represent hotels, 300 - restaurants.

All candidates were considered anonymous guests, that is, the hotel was occupied by a specialist in the guise of a tourist or a "diner" under the guise of an ordinary visitor.
