The team of chefs from Jordan cooked falafel weighing 74 and 75 kilograms, which became the largest in the world and has been listed in the Guinness book of records

falafel -. is an Arabic dish, which is a deep fried balls of ground chickpeas ( or beans). For the preparation of the largest in the world falafel took 80 kg chickpea, 5 kg of onion, 2 kg of fresh parsley and cilantro, 1, 2 kg of garlic and this was thoroughly crispy browned for 25 minutes in 350 liters of vegetable oil.

after ten chefs at Landmark Hotel in Amman to prepare dishes, they were treated to 600 guests, who pointed out that culinary masterpiece was very tasty and appetizing.
