Jardin des Tuileries - the central garden of Paris, located between Rue de Rivoli, Place de la Concorde, the Seine and the Louvre. The total area of this park is 25.5 hectares. Today the Tuileries Garden is one of the largest regular (so-called "French") parks. It is built with all the architectural rigor, the trees are planted in straight rows, geometry prevails everywhere! In the 17th century, many parks were organized in this style, as architecture was proclaimed the power over nature.
Many Parisians and guests of the capital are resting in the shade of thousands of trees in the park. There is everywhere a peaceful, friendly, relaxed atmosphere that permeates the air. People lie directly on green smooth lawns, which could be envied by the French football fields.
In general, the Tuileries garden is a must visit. He will understand what the spirit of modern France is, will show Parisians and tourists at their best, among trees, outside the city bustle.
Address: 113, rue de Rivoli, opening hours: April-September 7.00-21.00, October- March 7.30-19.30, admission is free.

A very large spacious park, the Parisians there make morning jogs, walk with children, sit on benches and chairs and read, just relax. In the same place tourists in the morning expect the opening of the Louvre. There are plenty of chairs in the park, so you can sit and relax in any corner you like.
