The authorities of France ordered shop owners to turn off the night lighting of storefronts from 1 am to 7 am
According to the minister ecology, industry and energy development in France Dolphin Bateau, this decision is taken both to save electricity, and to combat light pollution. In addition, many store owners have long practiced a similar method of saving energy.
Authorities believe that the new law will help to make the transition to a new cultural level and make rational use of resources.
