Boulevard Capuchinok, Paris

The Constitutional Council of France approved the law according to which French outlets should be closed no later than 9 pm.

@ The bill emphasizes that the employer has the right only in case of emergency to ask subordinates to go to work later than 9 pm, but this should be "an exception to the rules, and not a constant practice," the new decision says.

For ignoring the law to the owner outlet will have to pay a fine of 80 thousand EUR. The Constitutional Council of France did not pay attention to the fact that many tourists prefer to shop in the evening, when museums are closed.
