Cabaret stand in the list of attractions of the French capital, perhaps on the same level as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and the Notre Dame Cathedral. The first cabaret opened in Paris at the beginning of the 19th century, when French President Napoleon III forbade singers to sing in the streets.
But cabaret in Paris is not so much, about 6-7 such institutions are known to tourists from Russia. The most famous are, of course, Lido, Moulin Rouge, Crazy Horse and Bobino. The uniqueness of the cabaret "Bobino" is that it is not just cabaret, it is the first not only in Paris, but also in the whole of France, a cabaret-restaurant-club.
A bit of history
"Bobino" was opened in the early 1800s just like a cabaret. It existed in this status until 1873, when it changed a bit its profile and became a theater. This search for his genre in "Bobino" did not end: since 1926, Parisians know him already as a music hall. In 1983 the "Bobino" was closed, but for a short time - since 1991 concerts and theatrical performances have been held here. In its present form, as a cabaret, a restaurant and a bar in one person, Bobino has been working since 2007, when Stefan Scherki and Gerard Louvain made the decision to transform.
At different times on the "Bobino" stage, not only the French , but also the world stage, like Edith Piaf, Serge Reggiani and Georges Brasans.
What to see
Cabaret Bobino, unlike other famous Parisian cabarets, completely immerses its visitors in theatrical performance. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, and here is a stage. Representation is shown not only by the artists, waiters also actively participate in it.

Cabaret Bobino is located on Goethe street, house 20 in the Montparnasse district of Paris. You can get to metro by Gait (line 13) and Edgar Keene (line 6)
If you are traveling in Paris by car, then you have parking near the cabaret "Bobino."
You can park two hours before the start of the performance, and you need to pick up your car no later than two hours after the end of the presentation.
