First time was at the hotel in 2008. Total times 5. Year after year the service and the condition of the rooms are getting worse and worse. Some rooms have long needed repairs. There was not a single arrival, that there would not be jambs - the shower flows, then the bedside lamp falls off, then the door to the balcony does not close, etc. etc. At the same time, quickly correct the local office manager Kirik (as it is called) does not seek. at what, enters into a debate about and without. The chef at the restaurant every year is new. The quality of food, respectively, is different. And there are no special questions.
It's also possible to mention the case of the 14th year, when they wanted to settle us not in a half-year-old apartment, but in a tattered studio near the hotel. And only after complaints and threats to call the tour operator, the hotel administration with unconcealed displeasure gave us our apartment. The day after arrival.

We arrived there with my future spouse in September 2013! I was abroad for the first time, but the sea was impressed !!! We stopped at the hotel on time, the room is clean, comfortable, cleaned every day!
