At the end of last week, we published two diametrically opposite ranking cities with the most expensive and cheapest hotels in the world, compiled on the basis of the average room rate per night. Today, it's the turn of the club-sandwich price rating - the most frequently ordered dish of the hotel guests.

The so-called "Club Sandwich Index" is calculated at the average cost of a traditional club sandwich with two slices of white bread, bacon, chicken, green salad, tomatoes and mayonnaise . By results of calculations the first place in the list was taken by the Swiss Geneva. The average cost of a club sandwich in local hotels in 2012 was 30, 45 US dollars. Thus, the silent "capital of the world" received another status - the capital of the most expensive sandwich. Completely the first ten is as follows:
