The apartments are located 300 meters from the center of the village. The area is quiet, not noisy, where you can always relax.

The building was built in 2000. It is a one-storey modern type building with a number of rooms in 13 one-room junior suites.

There is a cafeteria-canteen on the territory of the apartment. Meals ordered, three types of menu plus coffee and tea cards. Meals are not included in the price and are paid separately.
