Yelagin Palace was rebuilt in 1818-1822. for the widow of Paul I - the empress Maria Feodorovna - the architect of Russia. During the war, it was destroyed by the direct hit of a German bomb, and then it was restored and turned into a museum.

Elagino-Ostrovsky Palace and Park Ensemble - a monument of Russian architecture and garden art of the 1st third of the 19th century. On the ground floor of the palace is the front suite.
