Add a review about the museum "Literary Life of the Urals"

At the end of the 19th century, DI Mamin-Sibiryak, a well-known Urals writer, lived at this address. The house belonged to his civil wife Alexeyeva M.Ya. Exposition: "Literary life of the Urals of the XIX century", which consists of three sections: the literary process of the Urals of the 19th century (the fate of the Ural authors A. Lotsmanov, K. Nosilov and materials related to the stay in the Urals known Russian writers); pages of musical and theatrical life of the Urals in the 19th century; the memorial part recreates the typical situation of a house in the 80s of the 19th century

Very often in the evening gloom amidst the foliage of the city park near the beautiful Temple, the windows of a two-story, ancient house glow. On a deserted street - not a soul. The first star is reflected in the dome of the cathedral, and in a small house on the street. Tolmachev comes alive with the shadows of the past.

The museum building is a typical Urals eclectic of the 1870s: 1st floor is stone, rustic; 2 floor wooden with decorative wooden laces and a "Gothic" turret.
