Turkish Airlines has announced the opening of a new regular route that will connect Astrakhan with Istanbul.

Since April 2014 year, the Turkish national air carrier will start three weekly flights from Astrakhan International Airport to Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Departures from the Russian city are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays at 4:30 am, arriving in Istanbul at 6:55 am local time. Return items are scheduled on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 23:25 with a return to Astrakhan at 3:30. The route will involve Boeing-737, designed to receive 155 passengers in two classes of service

The minimum cost of a ticket for the Turkish Airlines flight Astrakhan-Istanbul currently is 10 760 rubles round-trip with all fees and charges.
