A truly horrible incident occurred the day before yesterday at the airport of the Spanish city of Alicante: the launch of a luggage carrier entailed the death of a five-month-old child.

According to the information received from the responsible employees of the airport arrival zone, a passenger with an infant and a second, more adult child arrived on an easyJet flight from London. While waiting for the baggage, the US citizen thought to put her child on a baggage carrier, which, of course, was launched after a short period of time. As a result, the child was trapped in the mechanism, and the workers who arrived after a few seconds could not reanimate it.

The investigation continues, but it is already clear that the airport employees are not guilty of the tragedy that occurred. We just have to be surprised once again by the limits of human stupidity
