This festival is dedicated to the valiant victory of Admiral Li Sung Sin's fleet at the Battle of Noyan Bay during the Imgi war. At the festival, a sea battle will be played, in which about 100 ships will take part. In addition, the festival will be able to see the famous tortoise-boats ("kobuxon") designed by the great naval commander.
