The history of the Koktebel winemaking goes deep into the centuries; it is known that even in ancient times wine production was successfully carried out here . Industrial wine-making in Koktebel was born in 1879 . thanks to the scientist E . Jung - it was he who prepared the local fertile lands for the first grape plantations . А . Jung continued the work begun by the father, having completed the construction of the winery . The modern winery in Koktebel was founded in 1944 . It appeared by combining two Koktebel farms - the collective farm . Voroshilov and the collective farm . Kirov and the collective farm "Sudak" . At first, the coke Belarusian production administratively belonged to Yalta "Massandra" . In the middle of the century, the winery had about 200 hectares of vineyards, in time their area has increased significantly, now the vine has a territory of 2200 hectares, and production facilities and warehouses occupy another 16 hectares .
Subtlety of technology
