The Directorate of Russian Railway Stations will work on the development of the site for searching for abandoned items. As stated by her spokeswoman, at the moment the institution is engaged in optimizing feedback channels and organizing the provision of various types of services via the Internet. One of the main projects is the creation of an online service to search for things forgotten at the train stations.

However, the Directorate of Railway Stations is by no means the first organization that announced the development of such a site. The plans for creating a similar service were recently shared by the management of Aeroexpress. Within the framework of this project, employees of the company will publish photos and descriptions of forgotten things twice a week on the official website and on their social networking pages
