The Supervisory Board of the Altai Territory Government approved the project of construction of an aquapark in the territory of the tourist zone "Turquoise Katun"

According to preliminary data, the cost the construction of a new water park will amount to about 200 million rubles. At the moment, investors whose names are not disclosed yet, are waiting for the green light from the Council for Special Economic Zones under the Ministry of Economic Development.

The zone of tourist specialization "Turquoise Katun" is the main project of tourism development in Altai. Located on the left bank of the Katun River, the tourist resort should acquire natural, health and extreme tourism facilities in the coming years, designed for holidaymakers with an average cash flow.

Recall that in parallel with the development of the resort "Turquoise Katun" in the Altai also plan to build an amusement park based on popular Soviet cartoons. Various themed attractions, a water park, several restaurants and hotels will be located on its territory
