In 2013, 11 new hotels of various categories that will contribute to the development of tourism on the Black Sea coast. Among the main novelties are:
- hotel complexes "Evpator" and "Aphrodite" in Evpatoria,
- hotel "Oliva", resort and hotel complex on Tavricheskaya street and new building of the hotel "Bristol" in Yalta;
- hotel "Likko" and hotel complex Soldaya Grand Hotel in Sudak
- new building of the hotel complex Redisson and SPA in Alushta
In addition, the construction of a new cultural and entertainment complex is nearing completion, which is located not far from the other entertainment center "sunshine."
