In March of this year, several investment projects of Krasnodar Region will be presented at the commercial real estate exhibition MIPIM-2013 in Cannes, among which reconstruction of the seaport of Anapa in a modern port and resort complex. According to the project on the territory of the complex will accommodate hotels, a multiplex cinema, restaurants, bowling and parking. The cost of the project is estimated at 62.5 million EUR.

No less interesting is the construction project in Gelendzhik of the modern elite hotel complex "Zhemchuzhny" (37 million euros) and a theme entertainment park (48 million euros). In addition, the exhibition will present the projects of the mountain-climatic resort "Lagonaki" in Absheron district, construction of a modern residential complex in Krasnodar and an apart-hotel in Sochi
