Please be careful when booking this hotel July 26 2013
Be careful when ordering this hotel on the site booking.com.
Repeatedly ordered hotels through booking and there were no problems, however this hotel is an example of negligent and irresponsible attitude towards clients.
26, 03, 2013 the rooms for 4 days have been booked, but already 27, 03, 2013 unexpectedly changed the schedule of stay in Amsterdam to 2 days so I asked both the booking operators and hotel managers to change the number of days of stay . At the hotel I was told that the cost of a 4-night stay at the hotel was already charged to my credit card, but when I arrive at the hotel 2 days they compensate me (this is about 720 Euros) . Upon arrival at the hotel, my hotel staff complained about all my compensation claims, in exchange the manager offered me a free-of-charge man (it's funny! they owe me 700 euro !! ) .
I never got money back. That's how the hotel "cash in on" its customers.
