Such a "crime" will now be punished with a fine of 30 to 150 EUR. In turn, the municipalities will establish special signs on the streets of the city, warning that garbage should be thrown into an urn, and the violation of order can be worth a lot of money.

The problem of pollution is extremely acute in many Italian cities: not only tourists, but also local residents often do not bother to bring the cigarette butt to the urn, preferring to throw the garbage in the nearest pond or under your feet.
