The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry has presented the design of a new bridge over the Thames, which will be built in the east of the capital.
The ferry will meet all the requirements of modern shipping, and the design will be similar to the nearby London City airport. The peculiarity of the new bridge will be that the priority will be given to bicyclists at the time of the move.
The construction of a new bridge will cost the city treasury 600 million GBP, which makes critics consider its construction inappropriate. Environmentalists also believe that the crossing will promote active pollution of the environment.
