London authorities allowed Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich to reconstruct the historic building he bought with a view of the Thames, once owned by English artist James Whistler . The renovation work, which will cost the owner of the building 10 million . pounds sterling (12 million . euro), is expected to begin in the near future and finish within three years . It is planned that the mansion will be connected with two pr. and some of it will be turned into an art gallery for paintings that Abramovich and Daria Zhukova collected together with her friend .
