Russian Railways offers a 20% discount on tickets for Sapsan trains from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod and St. Petersburg . The offer can be used on December 17, 2014

The action is held in connection with the 5 th anniversary of the launch of the Sapsan trains. Passengers can purchase train tickets at a discount from 1 to 17 December at ticket offices at railway stations and on the official website of Russian Railways
