RZD announced that they are resuming the sale of tickets for long-distance trains starting from October 28 and plying on those domestic routes where the transfer for the winter time will not affect the time of departure of trains from the initial stations. The sale of tickets for other trains, particularly to the CIS and Baltic countries, as well as to Russia, where the departure and arrival time may be subject to correction, is still closed.

Recall that RZD suspended the sale of tickets this Friday due to entering into State Duma of the draft law on the transition to winter time
