According to the words of the president of RZD Vladimir Yakunin, soon Russia will be covered by a network of high-speed railways, where trains can reach speeds of up to 400 km / hour. The first sections of the new network should connect Moscow with Kazan, Rostov-on-Don and Adler

The announced figures can not but rejoice: the road to Kazan will take three and a half hours, and the Black Sea coast can be reached in just eight hours instead of the usual two days. After the implementation of the first three routes, a line will appear in line to Ekaterinburg.

Two new stations (in Perovo and Tsaritsyno) will be built in Moscow to receive high-speed trains. However, there is an alternative project to modernize the Kursk railway station, which will be converted into a multi-tiered station for receiving different types of trains on three levels.

As Vladimir Yakunin stated, the construction of the first site to Kazan will cost 928 billion rubles. It is assumed that 30% of this amount will be private capital.
