As the news portal yugopolis.ru specifies, the length of the mountain route was 3, 7 kilometers, and the width of the roadway is 4, 5 meters. The estimated speed of movement varies from 15 to 30 kilometers per hour, depending on the specific segment. The facility will be commissioned in the very near future - a few days before the opening of the Winter Olympic Games in Sochi

We remind that the Gornaya Karusel, part of Krasnaya Polyana, is considered one of the most modern ski resorts in Russia. The total length of the existing routes is about 10 kilometers, but in accordance with the current development project, this indicator should reach a 30-kilometer mark. During the Olympics, there will be a mountain medial village for 2658 rooms and an auxiliary media center for the work of international journalists.
