The American hotel group Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has announced the opening of a new hotel brand W Hotels in the Dutch capital.

The future luxury hotel will be located in the heart of the city - in the central Dam square . The hotel will occupy the historic building of the Amsterdam school, the reconstruction of which will be occupied by two architectural bureaus (Office Winhov and BK Architecture) . As explained by the management of Starwood, the facade and the interiors of the house will be completely re-designed in accordance with modern trends of design .
