In Czechia there was the first bus in which any passenger can charge their electronic devices. The test bus runs on routes 381 and 382 and connects the Prague area of Haye with Kutno Hora and Sazava
The bus is equipped with 10 USB connectors, with which the device can be recharged by anyone. The new service is offered free of charge.
Pavel Prochazka, the head of the company responsible for public transport in Prague, informs that while the service is working in a test mode. If the demand for charging is high, then USB connectors will appear in other buses of the Czech capital.
In addition, the question of equipping Prague trams with the free Wi-Fi service is currently being worked out.
